HOW CAN I MAKE A SOLAR PANEL?

Diy Solar Panel is the result of putting solar cells on Eva (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) and sending it to lamination after covering it with backsheet.

What is Solar Panel?

Solar panel is a product that converts sunlight or ambient light into electrical energy through photovoltaic cells. Solar panels help us to reduce electricity bills. We use solar panels in our homes, industries and it is the most logical investment in meeting the electricity needs of countries in the future.

Solar Panel Raw Materials

EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) : It allows the raw materials in the solar panel to stick together.

Photovoltaic Cell: Known as solar cells. It is the most important raw material in the solar panel. It is the product that converts daylight into electrical energy.

Backsheet: It is the last raw material covered on the solar panel and its task is to protect the solar panel against situations such as (moisture, dust, etc.) in the environment.

Junction Box : It is the junction box used to receive the electrical energy generated from the solar panel.

How to Make a Solar Panel?

Raw materials required to make solar panels:
– Glass
-EVA
– Solar Battery
– Busbar
– Backsheet
– Junction Box

We lay the bottom sheet on the glass. We put Strings (Solar Cells Series) on it and solder them to the busbars. After the soldering work is finished, we lay the upper sink on it. The last backsheet is placed. After all these processes are finished, we send it to the lamination machine. After the EVAs melt in the laminating machine, the laminating process is done for about 15 minutes. When the product comes out, we finish our process after installing the Junction Box on the busbar ends. And as you can see in the video, the solar panel will give us electrical energy.
