Glass Machine

The process of the solar panel starts with the first glass loading machine. Glasses from the manufacturer come with protective papers on the pallet. The glass machine consists of two robots. One of the robots is working to get the papers and the other is working to get the glass.

Eva Spreading Machine

After the glass is loaded, eva is laid on the glass surface. Eva laying machine does this process. On these eva, rulers showing the busbar places are placed.

Stringer Machines

Stringer machines put strings, which we call the combination of cells, on the eva. The number of cells increases with the length of the solar panel and the power of the panel. Stringer machines are adjusted according to the number of cells. The most important feature of the stringer machine is that it solders the ribbons on the cell with high heat in the solder area.

Lay-up Machine

Lay-up machine performs the process of stringing the strings produced by the Stringer machine on the glass.

Automatic Bussing Machine

It is the machine that solders the strings on the glass coming out of the lay-up machine with the busbar.

Top Eva Machine

The upper eva is placed on the strings coming from the autobussing machine.

Backsheet Machine

After the upper eva is placed, the Backsheet is placed last and then sent to the EL-TEST machine.

EL-TEST Machine

The Hand-Test machine performs the task of showing the conditions inside the panel (cell fracture, foreign matter, insufficient source, etc.) through cameras. The panel with the error detected is directed to the Repair Line and intervened and sent back to EL-Test.

Laminating Machine

The laminating machine panel performs the task of melting Eva by vacuuming at high temperature and high pressure.

Frame Machine

The panels coming from the lamination are attached to the frame in the frame machine and sent to the next station.

Junction Box Soldering Machine

At this station, the busbars are attached to the Junction Box slots and soldering is done by means of Solder.

Hi-pot Machine

In the hi-pot machine, the leakage current of the panel and its endurance are measured.

Final EL-Testing Machine As at the beginning of production, it is necessary to look at the internal state of the panel at the end of production. The status of the panel passing through all stations is checked and classified according to its status.
